About Me
I am a very enthusiastic and very hands on person. I enjoy doing things that are practical and can bring fun to most things. When working with children I love to let them explore through their senses and have the ability to plan depending on preference, e.g. messy play, out door play etc. I love working with children as it is such a rewarding job seeing a little one flourish and develop in many ways!
I currently work within a school setting and have 10 years experience in early years.
My Experience
I have lots of experience working with children from the ages as young as newborn up to school ages. During my childcare course at college I was given the opportunity to have experience in different settings such as schools, preschools and day nurserys. All of which I enjoyed very much! During these I planned and carried out activities and also observed the children.
I worked within a nursery setting for 9 years and now enjoying working within a school setting as well as having 2 little ones of my own.
My Qualifications
GCSE's in English, Maths, Science, Child development, Design technology, German, ICT and sport.
BTEC level 3 child care learning and development.
