About Me
I’m a St Albans woman, born and raised!
I grew up in St Albans, where I attended school at Fleetville Primary/Junior School and Beaumont Secondary School.
Since then, I have lived abroad for 6 years and up in Scotland for 3. I am completing my master’s dissertation at the University of Edinburgh while staying with my parents - I‘m a psychology student with a keen interest in behaviour and how the mind works!
In my spare time, I keep fit, read, enjoy long walks and spending time with my parents as I have lived far away from them for 9 years! it’s great to rediscover my hometown :)
My Experience
During my teen years I spent a lot of time working with children: I coached little ones from three years old up to age ten in tennis, as well as tutored some children in their school subjects and helped them with their homework, preparation for tests etc. I also frequently babysat throughout my A Level years. From 2015 to 2016, I worked as an au pair for three children in Germany.
I seek ways to make children and teenagers feel respected and understood, and this has always meant I've had positive, productive relationships with them - and plenty of fun along the way!

One bachelor’s degree: BA (Hons) Media and Communication Science, University of Mannheim
One upcoming master’s degree: MSc Psychology of Mental Health, University of Edinburgh

My Availability
June 17th - August 31st: I have a very flexible schedule to help you with daytime/after school/ evening babysitting. I could provide childcare 2-3 times a week, for a maximum of 16 hours. Ad hoc babysitting also possible, if you give me a day or two‘s notice.
