HI

My name is Kirsty and I have lived in Cornwall for 7 years having relocated from North London where I worked as an after
nanny /mothers help/ housekeeper for two girls aged 7 and 9 years in East Finchley, North London.
Since moving here I have worked as a care worker for 3 years.
I have been studying a Fine Art Degree at Plymouth College of Art .
I currently work on a freelance basis teaching Arts from Treverbyn Community Hall I have been doing this since April 2022.
I have worked with children and adults with differing support needs .
My art classes and art activities so far have been community engaging projects : suitable for all ages and abilities, which focus on well being and confidence building.
I am DBS registered with the hall ,health and safety and safeguarding trained. I can provide references.
I am looking for to work either as part time home help or as a tutor.

My experience in home help work was providing sole charge before and after school care for busy gynecologist dad and financial advisor mum ,and their two children .
During term time I made breakfast for the girls drop them off at Tetherdown school. Then in the afternoon school pickup, organise play activities supervise playdates and assist with their daily academic Kumon studies.
I provide them with snacks and then cook an evening meal for the family.
If there's any light household chores ironing etc I do that too.


I'm a very friendly , caring, patient, creative and fun person always happy to organise fun activity days and outdoor pursuits if the family need me for full days when the kids are off school.
Going to the park, cycling ,swimming.
Walking a local nature trail,
Combining nature craft activities, arts and crafts sewing and painting and baking ( i make a mean flapjack!!
