About Me
I'm a mature and qualified nursery nurse i have an enthusiastic character And try to take an optimistic approach . I know I have good communication skills as I am a patient and attentive listener enjoy working with different families especially first time mothers teaching them how to handle and cope with their new born doing this line of work I have developed excellent social skills . Another great ability I have is being a mother to two grown up children so I have that personal experience of bringing up my own children .
When I'm not at work I like to go swimming ,walking listing to music .
My Experience
I have work in a hospital setting ( maternity unit ) in the NHS as a health care assistant as a nursery nurse in the Portland hospital private sector for a total of 15 years and the subsequent ability to administer care for new borns
Teaching the parents how to care for their babies ie bathing , bottle feeding ,breast feeding , winding and discussing general signs to look out for when a baby is unsettled during night or day . Other things
ie jaundice , colic, silent reflux , nappy changing . I have also gone on to work as a nanny looking after children up to the age of 3/4 years old creating activities in doors / out doors as well as educational activities
I have also traveled extensively with verious families
Also worked with very high profile families
Confidentiality is one of my strongest points
During my rest days I like going swimming , walking , listening to music .

I will be available from the 01/04/2016 for nights or days work
Would like to start working with a newborn but if something comes up where a mother is returning to work or just needs a mothers help then I'm happy to do that would like to work Monday to Friday only hours I'm happy to negotiate Salary between £16 / £20per hour I'm happy to work in and around London , also Essex area will work out side London providing it's not to far out
