I feel I possess relevant work experience for supporting children and their family from various backgrounds and a variety of additional needs. I have experience working as a nanny housekeeper and working with high profile families. I have experience with babies and toddlers, potty training etc. I have also worked in Early Years outdoor settings, family support and additional need settings.
As someone who works with children I believe it is imperative to establish boundaries and grow mutual respect from the onset. I always strive to build good working relationships with the children I work with. I nurture in them the desire to take ownership of their behaviour and make good choices in all situations.
