My Experience

I have also worked with children of ages 2-5 at a nursery/pre-prep (Riverbanks), throughout their ‘school’ day, going through basic reading, maths and writing skills with them. Setting and evaluating their progress using individualized books for each child and regularly assessing each child in a variety of ways.

More recently I've worked at an infant school in Sheffield (Lydgate), with children between the ages of 4-7, as a 'Casual Playworker' in their afterschool club, helping with homework, as well as setting up games and activities for the children, as well as working through disputes with them and discussing their progress with their parents and teachers.

I also volunteered as a student teacher in Sheffield, teaching local children in underprivileged areas about the basic theories of Philosophy and Religous ethics, working not only to broaden their minds but also to encourage them to pursue higher education. This included children of all ages, (between 4 and 13).

Previously I worked as a babysitter/nanny through this website for a family with 3 children between the ages of 8 and 11, collecting them from school and taking them through homework and after school activities, as well as entertaining them through the summer days when their parents were at work.

My work means that I teach children every day, mostly secondary aged, meaning I have lots of experience to help with homework.

My Qualifications

Fully DBS checked.
First Aid Qualified.
Mental Health First Aid Qualified.
Level 3 Education.

My Availability

Im available most evenings for babysitting, and some weekends!

• Tutoring from £10.00 per hour
• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
