About Me
I work for the Civil Service in Hounslow and require a childminder for my 8 year old son who will be attending Endeavour Primary Shool. I will need a childminder who is available from 16/03/2020.
I need a reliable and flexible childminder who will ideally be able to accommodate early mornings sometimes 0630-0600 starts and sometimes late nights. (8pm). As the only school clubs I can find are not flexible at all. I would require school drop off and also after school pick up.
My son has been at one nursery since he was 8months old, so is very used to new people although is shy at first.
Due to moving from Mitcham to Andover I need a childminder who i can trust and rely on.

My Requirements
School pick up drop offs on weekdays when I am working.
Flexibility, sometimes late finishes and early starts.

Such a lovely warm and welcoming person. My son felt comfortable straight away and always asks when he is going back.

Pleasure working with your family
My son always enjoys going to shilpi while I am at work. He asks every day "are we going to Shilpi today" Shilpi provides days that are always fun and is also very encouraging to my son. His shyness that he had has definitely improved, and he always leaves shilpis happy with so much to tell me about his day.
Shilpi also updates me regularly throughout the day with what he has eaten and what he has been doing. Shilpi is very flexible and very easy to approach if there any problems.
