About Me
I am an outgoing, upbeat and positive person. I thoroughly enjoy caring for children. As a creative person I enjoy creating activities to carryout with the children as well as participating in creative games and activities, such as painting and creating pictures with arts and crafts. I have a severe Peanut and sesame seed allergy, so if I would need to cook for your child it would have to be a nut free meal, but hopefully this shouldn't be a problem! I also have an allergy to dogs so a dog free house would be preferable, but not completely necessary if it is a hypo-allergenic dog or if I am not needed in the household for too long!
My Experience
In 2016 I nannied for 2 years for two families, I cared for three children aged from 11 months - 8 years old. In 2018 I began my University course in Primary education and am now a Qualified Teacher. I was working part-time alongside my studies in a Nursery, and then became the Pre-School teacher when i graduated, caring for 2 year olds - 4 years old. I was also the SENCO for the nursery. I then went back to nannying where I cared for a 1 year old and a 5 year old. I absolutely loved nannying, but I have now changed career paths and work for Family Services for the council. From my previous nannying jobs, I have great experience of having sole responsibly of households and children. Whilst doing so, I did school drop offs and pick up, cooked meals, took children on day trips, assisted with their education studies and had fun in the home! From my Nursery and School experience, as well as my degree in Primary Education, I am extremely familiar with the Development Matters and National Curriculum to create learning opportunities for children.
My Qualifications
I have a Degree in Primary Education with Qualified Teacher status. I have achieved 10 A-C GCSE grades including Child Development which has given me a lot of knowledge to do with newborns and infants. I also have A Levels (grades BBC) in sociology, product design and photography.
My Availability
I work from 09:00 - 17:15 Monday to Friday but am looking to babysit for families in the evenings and occasionally weekends. I am happy for one off families (preferably meeting beforehand/over video call), but am eager to find families that need regular babysitting :)

My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
I charge £13 an hour for babysitting, whether the children are awake or asleep.
