About Me
I'm 18 years old, I'm currently near the end of my BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care at college and I am looking for work jn the childcare sector. I live at home with my parents and my 4 younger siblings aged 16, 14, 9 and 6. I'm friendly, confident, enthusiastic, patient and I have a good sense of humour.
My Experience
I have done several units in college these include safeguarding children and young people, caring for children and young people and development through the life stages. I have had 6 months experience at a nursery with children aged 2-4, this was my favourite work experience. I played games with the children and planned activities for them. I also have experience with special needs as I have had work placement with young people in college that have a wide range of special needs, i helped them with their work and assisted to preparation of the classroom. I have looked after my younger siblings on several occasions, made them tea and put them to bed ect.
My Qualifications
I am nearly qualified with a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care and have 9 GCSE's A*-C grade including Health and Social Care Double award, Science, Maths and English.
My Availability
As I am currently in college I don't finish until the 24th of June so after then I will be available all through the week on a part time or full time basis. Until i finish college I will be able to work on the time I have selected.
