My Requirements

At present our focus is on finding a good hearted and energetic creative and fun person who embraces our situation and finds it interesting and even exciting to be a part of. We have a contract this summer and next which means both me and my husband working in Austria from June until the end of August each summer. We need a nanny to be able to begin working with us from May 26th when we leave for Austria for the summer it would be full time work for the summer duration. Although we have two children, we take my mum with us when we travel so there are options to separate the kids as necessary to allow us to take our oldest to certain places more fitting to a little boy of his age and where babies may not be allowed. We are laid back people with love, happiness and family as our focus. We have one day off a week (this day may change but is usually Monday), so the person we need to work with us needs to be willing to work 6days a week. We provide accommodation and travel to Austria as well as weekly fee and food.

I am looking for a wonderful live-in nanny to come to Bregenz, Austria with us (while my husband and I work on an Opera). We will be leaving on 26th May and we would need the nanny to live with us and look after our 2 beautiful boys while we are there. The job dates are from 26th May until 26th July (9 weeks in total).

Net salary: £300-400 per week depending on experience

Accommodation provided: living with the family in a three-bedroomed apartment. Have your own room, shared bathroom. The apartment has a TV and wifi as well as kitchen and lounge and laundry facilities
Duties to be carried out: Our boys are aged 8 years and 8 months. Our eldest is a very calm, caring and sensible child and very loving - he adores his baby brother. Our little baby is a joy and is at a lovely age where everything is new. He is very inquisitive and active.

We would expect the successful candidate to undertake all nursery duties that relate to the children. Provide care such as bathing, dressing and preparing nutritious meals. To wash, iron and organise the children’s clothes and ensure belongings and children’s rooms are tidy at the end of the day. They will ensure toys are clean and safe. They will ensure children are active and social and would plan and organise extra-curricular activities.
Possible additional duties: assisting with homework, supporting them to learn a second language.
Other Details: All food will be provided by the family. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
House rules: No smoking, or drug-taking. Drinking is fine as long as not to excess and is done on days off. Visitors are allowed but not during working hours.
