About Me
Hi, I'm Gillian I've been working in a daycare nursery for 17yrs and have plenty of experience of working with children of all age groups. I decided to become a childminder and have now been doing this for 7 years,and it's the best job in the world and I throughly enjoy it helping children grow into young adults, I'm a trustworthy person and do my very best for all my minded children in my care. I also have recently had both of my covid-19 injections.
My Experience
I'm a mummy with 2 children of my own, and worked in a day care setting for 17 years before deciding to become a childminder which I love.
My Qualifications
I've my NVQ level 2&3 in childcare and education, I'm a first aider, I'm epi pen trained and have lots more qualifications regarding childcare. I've added alot more qualifications within the last year, ive got my covid-19 certificates up to date, and I've also completed a course on adhd and autism.
My Availability
My availability at the moment is as follows I've got 2 full days available for 1 or 2 children and up to 5 days for 2 or 3 children.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
my fee's are a full day fee which is £40 and a half day rate of £25 .
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Victoria Primary School
- I provide drop offs at Eden Primary School
- I provide pick ups at Oakfield Primary School

My son Jack started with Gillian in 2019 and he has enjoyed every second of his time there. Gillian provided a warm, happy, family environment and Jack felt secure and happy in her care. Jack is now ready to head to primary school after a year at nursery which Gillian facilitated by doing drop offs and pick ups. I would highly recommend Gillian on the basis of her flexibility, loving kind personality, happy family home with giant garden and the past four years have been so easy due to Gillian’s easy going nature. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to look after jack from he was 5 months old I've watched and helped him grow into the cutest and most loving little boy ever. I'm going to really miss him x
