Hello! Im 24 years old and live Great Barr. I currently work from home due to covid and working with the NHS test and trace! I have a background of childcare but due to covid had to change my job which is pants because I love my career! Before covid I worked as room leader in an outstanding nursery setting and absolutely loved it! I spent a short while, before I moved to birmingham, working in a children’s residential home as a support worker to children with severe behaviour, severe autism and attachment issues. I have previously worked in a few different nursery settings and one that also had a breakfast and after school club and I love working with children of all ages! Im a happy, loving, bubbly, enthusiastic and hard working person. Im trustworthy, honest and reliable. I love adventures and outdoor activities, baking, being creative and dancing. Im always happy to take on a challenge, im loyal and will always do my best for the family and children. I enjoy planning activities to suit the children and their needs! My Experience
I have also been an assistant manager in a before and after school and holiday club where I was in charge of ensuring the staff are well managed, the children are accounted for and cared for at the highest standard, the planning and activities are suitable and relating to the children’s development and interests, building and maintaining relationships with parents and carers. I have worked as a nursery nurse in a nursery/after school club and was there for 4 years. My job role included things like school pick ups, planning the daily routine and challenging activities and carrying out activities for the children based on their interests, needs and ability, keeping records on the children's development by doing observations, termly development checks and keeping the childs learning journey up to date with pictures, obs and any work they have done. Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children, ensuring they are safe and happy at all times and basic care for the children. Ive done a placement in Malmesbury primary school with year 1's and I was a 1 to 1 for a child with special educational needs for one afternoon a week for a term. Ive helped at 1 wedding crèche and another where I was to help the bride with her bridesmaids/children on the day of her wedding until late evening. I've done alot of babysitting and helped a family member to look after her 4 children as one has a serious health condition which I have also been learning to help with. I have also done my own research into special educational needs and have some experience with family who have special educational needs. I also do children's birthday parties covering entertainment/activities, food, party games and prizes.

I also did almost the full year studying level 3 CACHE childcare and education but did not complete the course as I decided to complete an apprenticeship instead in the setting where I worked in for almost 4 years!

- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
- Nannying from £11.00 per hour (gross)
