My Experience
I started my childcare work in a hampton nursery, a long time ago! I worked in all rooms of the nursery, with children from 3 months to 5 years. I then moved onto nannying and worked with a couple of lovely families during this time, mainly sticking with one main family and then occasional nanny sharing with up to 5 children at once. I left my first nannying job after 5 years, and only because the youngest went to school. Since then I have worked more flexibly with a number of families, providing adhoc hours around my job in a school. My school job has given me lots of experience with working with children with additional needs.
