About Me
I am a caring and compassionate individual who works effectively with children of all ages. I have just graduated in health wellbeing and social care and I am aiming to become a Health and Social Care secondary school teacher and have admission to train beginning September 2017, till then I am looking for work caring for children - something I love to do. I am a friendly and approachable person and feel children would see me as a positive role model.
My Experience
I have plenty of experience of nannying, tutoring and babysitting and can provide references. I have also worked as a carer for the elderly, a support worker in a pregnancy crisis centre, a teaching assistant and a care assistant for young people with disabilities. I have good knowledge and awareness of autism and ADHD. I have experience working with a range of children and young people. I hold an up to date DBS, have a full UK driving license and my own vehicle.
My Qualifications
I have a BSc Hons degree in Health Wellbeing and Social Care. I am confident to tutor children with their school work especially English and vocational subjects. However maths with children of secondary school ages is not my strength but I am currently maths tutoring my niece who is 8 years of age.
My Availability
I am currently out of work as I've just graduated and would like to work before beginning my studies again, I am available all day everyday and on short notice.
