My Experience
I have good knowledge of the EYFS and I am able to implement it when working with children.Which helps me to observe them and plan for their needs and development setting up activities that follow their interest. I regularly give feedback to parents about their child's day at nursery. As a key worker I often met with my key childrens parents to keep them informed on their childs development.
