About Me
I feel I have the right temperament, being patient, strict when I have to be kind an approachable with many transferable skills and a resourceful nature.
I am organised and can take on various admin to help the smooth running of the classroom.
Just over 4 years ago I adopted a little girl who is almost 8 . This in itself has been a incredible and emotional journey. We were in the system for around 4 years and had to complete much training and various courses leading up to the adoption.
I feel this this will give me more insight and knowledge when working with children and different backgrounds and issues.
My Experience
I have worked as a Teaching Assistant for over 10 years in nursery and early years.
I also have worked for 18 months as a carer for 3 children. Ages 6, 10 and 13 years old.
I have worked with a few autistic children and I feel this would be useful as I now have a better understanding of the challenges you are faced with
