I am a responsible, Friendly reliable level 3 childcare practitioner with 6 years’ experience. I am a great team player with excellent communication skills and have an enthusiastic attitude. I always aim to ensure the highest level of practices throughout the nursery. I have lived and worked in West Sussex for 13 years but am originally from London. I also have a 6 year old son so I understand the importance of getting the right person to look after your child/children.
My Experience
I have cared for children of all ages from new-borns upwards in a professional setting and also have plenty of experience with having my own child who is 6 I’m enthusiastic and passionate about childcare
I feel that the outdoors environment is an important as the indoors so would ensure that there is a good balance between both this would also be a good opportunity for socialising with other children of similar age as I believe interacting with other children is important for a child’s development I have a good knowledge of the EYFS and child development and would take all opportunities to ensure any activity or trip would be educational I would also do school pickups and drops off and can be flexible to suit individual needs.
