I think that allowing a child to express their individuality is really important - every child is different, although enforcing a realistic set of boundries is also key to healthy development.
My Experience
I have 6 years experience with a range of ages from new born to 16. I have worked in sole charge positions and as an LSA in a primary school. I have experience with special needs and vulnerable children - I enjoy the difference that I can make to a child on a daily basis.
My Qualifications
I am dbs checked and hold a paediatric first aid certificate.
