About Me
We are providing a quality and flexible babysitting service called Smiles4Stars where children can learn, develop, play and have fun in a safe and friendly environment .We love singing, painting, art and craft activities. We encourage children to love, laugh and play.
Our home is clean, safe and welcoming with a nice garden. We are close to Southwark Primary School and a few other primary schools, quite close to Vernon Road Library and Vernon Park. We enjoy the variety of playing at home some days and playing with other children at the library and the park. Best of both for everyone :-)
As a mom of two children myself, I completely understand every parent's worry and anxiety about leaving their precious little one in someone else's care. I can honestly say that every single day we do our very best for each and every child we look after and we are very passionate about their wellbeing and safety.
My Experience
10 years experience as well as raising my own children and looking after friends and families children. Was a registered childminder for 5 years.
My Qualifications
I am a mother of two who has raised several children alongside my own. I hold a BSc in Health Psychology and a post graduate diploma in teaching in the post 16 sector. I have worked for the African Institute for Social Development as a health improvement director since 2010 providing training and planning events to raise health awareness. In 2011, I also set up a business that specialises in the sale of celebration and wedding cakes. I am also a certified paediatric first aider and have a level 2 award in Food Safety- Early Years. I have also completed training in Safeguarding, Prevent, SEND and Female Genital mutilation as well as other various courses to enable me to provide the best possible care for your child.
