About Me
I have been a registered childminder for over 16 years. I offer a hone from home setting. Children are encouraged to be independent and taught life skills, manners and good behaviour. They are given a thirst for learning and skills ready to start school. I take the children to farms, libraries, groups, play areas and parks.
My setting is safe, with locked, fenced play area, age appropriate toys and safety features. We have a small sized toilet and sink.
Children are encouraged to make good relationships both with adults and the other children. Over the years great friendships have been made.

My Experience
I have my own children who are now 32 and 30. They no longer live at home but are close by.
I have been a childminder for over 16 years and during this time I have been very busy, and have had experience of all age groups.
I have attended many courses to build my knowledge.
I drive and have a full clean license.

My Availability
Monday to Friday - Part time and full time places available in the baby and pre school age group. I am able to offer part days e.g. 9am- 3pm, 10- 2pm etc.
No overnight care
Also before and after school at Fernwood.
Lunchtime pick ups from Fernwood nursery.
School holiday cover.
