My Experience

I was most recently a room manager within an outstanding nursery setting and pride myself on being a highly motivated, time concious and enthusiastic professional person who is passionate about the care of all people. I have a level 3 diploma in childcare, paediatric first aid and DBS clearance. I have a vast experience within both private and statutory childcare settings over a period of the last 7 years both in employment and during study. I am extremely caring and find it extremely easy to build positive working relationships with children. I have a particular interest in psychology and an a level qualification within this subject that I personally find very beneficial when understanding different behaviours displayed by the children in my care and use this to deal with them in the way best suited to their individual needs as no child is the same. I am extremely eager to begin a new venture within the field of nannying and am excited to put my experience into practice in a one to one setting unlike the larger scale within nurseries.
