My Experience

I have 19 years professional experience, with babysitting experience before this.
I have worked as a key person, Special needs co-ordinator, Forest school leader, Deputy manager and Manager within 2 outstanding nurseries within North Oxford
I have provided personal care to every nursery child in my care , and know flexibility is a huge requirement in providing personal and individual care to meet everyone's needs.
For the last 3 and a half years I have worked as a private nanny for a beautiful family of 4 who are now growing up and leaving Oxfordshire.
My role here was primarily childcare, with a strong emphasis on strong relationships which I have adored .
I have worked with babies from 3 months through to children aged 12.
I have experience with food allergies, dietary requirements,autism, epi pen training, and loads more.
The experience important to the little people however is that I know a lot of nursery rhymes, and I can make train tracks connect.
I'm adept at making rockets, or houses from cereal boxes, and I know how to help a child climb up steps to a slide, giving them a sense of success and independence.
I'm very good at washing hair without soap getting in eyes, and kissing bruised knees.
I can hold a hand quietly whilst a child is falling asleep, and can explain why you have to hold hands to cross a road.
I come with welly boots to jump in puddles and I will watch a worm curl up on my hand before putting him back into the mud.
I can make playdough tents, find treasures in trays of lentils and share these little adventures with parents via WhatsApp photographs.

My Availability

Looking for daytime hours (ideally 10-4 ) where we can be with my children too, for the fun, active parts of the day.

I have worked with multiple children for years, with my previous nanny role initially being with a 4 month old and a 5 year old, so I'm experienced at making routines which fit the situation.

My Fees

• Nannying from £14.00 per hour (gross)
• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour

I prefer to be employed where possible, rather than self employed.
