I am 36 year old mother of twin boys with a love for children.
I have over 21 years experience looking after children of all ages.
My mother and sister own a childcare business of which i used to work along side.
My love of children began at a young age always helping my family members care for the younger members of the family.
My Mum has been a childminder and foster care for over 20 years, my sister managed a nursery and then opened her own business so i have grown within the child care industry
I have experience with work with ages ranging from newborn - 10 years old.
My Experience
Responsibilities
Cared for for children aged 3 months - 8 years old. Worked alongside two childminders, caring for children on domestic premises, usually the childminder’s home. Cared for up to six children, and gave particular care to a child with specific needs.
Had sole care of the children, with parents’ written permission, for up to two hours. On most days I would pick up and drop children from schools and nursery.
Made sure the children I was looking after felt secure, and are safe, warm and well fed.
Plan, prepare and serve them meals
Changed nappies and made up bottles for babies
Provide a range of play activities, both indoors and outside, to help children develop
Took children on outings, for example to the park or to toddler groups.

I work for the NHS Mental Health Assessment and Advice Team but currently looking for evening work and weekend work.
