About Me
My name is Leanne Thompson and I am a newly qualified, Ofsted registered childminder. I live in Orpington with my husband and my 4 year old son.
My aim is to ensure that all children who come to me have a wonderful learning experience in a warm and caring environment whilst having bundles of fun and laughter.
Our family home is a spacious three bed house. We are just a 7 min walk from Orpington Train Station and have parking available on our driveway should you need to leave your car there. We have a bright, open plan kitchen/living/play area with patio doors leading onto a large garden with slide, treehouse, trampoline, swing and more.
Some activities on offer: Messy play, creative play, sand and water play, vegetable patch, music time, story time, arts and crafts, baking.
Some fun places we visit: Local farms and parks, the library, nature walks, music and movement groups.
My Experience
I am a mother to my son and I regularly volunteer in the local schools/pre schools with reading and general classroom activities, which I love. I may be newly registered to childminding but I am enthusiastic, passionate and eager to start.
My Qualifications
In addition to being Ofsted registered, I have undertaken a paediatric first aid training course, safe-guarding, EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and health and safety training and have been DBS checked.
My Availability
I am available to child mind on weekdays, I can take young children or children of school age.
I am able to do school drop offs and pick ups from Warren Road Primary School and local pre-schools.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
£30 school drop off and pick up, including breakfast and home cooked dinner.
School drop off fees are negotiable depending on hours and requirements
