I live in meopham with my husband and two young children. I am a dedicated and professional teacher who tailors education to each individual and cares deeply about each child, both in terms of reaching their potential and wellbeing
My Experience
I have been in the teaching profession for 10 years. I have taught across ks2, with most of my experience being in year 5 and 6. I have recently had 2 children so I am looking to take on more tutoring jobs to fit around my family. I have 10 years of tutoring experience across both ks1 and ks2 and 11+. I have a wide range of resources collected over the years and so I can provide engaging, detailed and interesting lessons.
I have been maths coordinator in my school for 4 years and therefore I am a particular specialist in all areas of primary maths. I have taught year 5 for many years and therefore have experience of preparation for the 11+ and have ran many 11+ prep groups.
My Qualifications
I have a PGCE from Canterbury Christchurch university. A BA (hons) in American studies from university of Essex. 4 A levels in geography, history, psychology and sociology
My Availability
I am available to provide home schooling every day and have a few available after school/ weekend slots
