About Me

If you are looking for someone who is very responsibility, loves children, is patient, creative, punctual, happy and very reliable, you found the right person to look after your children. I am a new mummy myself as of this year. I am Level 2 trained in Childcare and workforce. I have 4 years’ experience working in a Local nursery (‘Busy Bees’ on Hatfield road), working with children of all ages ranging from 3 months to 5 years. Working in the Nursery gave me great confidence, working to an excellent standard under considerable pressure whilst presenting a positive image to others.

My Experience

After four years at the nursery I wanted to take the knowledge and the experience I had gained, and pursue a career in Nanning. I felt that I had gained great confidence as a childcare worker.

I Starting Nanning officially in 2014, I took care of a 12 month old little girl full-time Monday to Friday. My main responsibilities were getting her dressed, breakfast, lunch, dinner and bath-time and also taking her to child related activities. In 2015, I then went on to work with another two families. Monday to Wednesday with one family and then a different family Thursday and Friday.

When I started with both families the children were aged from a young girl of 7 and a little boy of 4 also with the responsibility of getting them both to school, and picking them up, along with giving them breakfast and dinner and as well as talking them to child related activities. I also looked after a 3 year old girl and 7 month old baby. Included in this job roll I also did light housekeeping around the house such as: ironing, changing sheets, washing, cleaning the house and sorting.

At the Start of 2017 I started working for a new family full time, taking care of twin girls aged 7. Both parents had high demanding jobs, so I had lots of responsibility in making sure family life ran smoothly.
In my role I was required to do a lot of housekeeping, running errands and booking appointments. Similar to my other jobs I was required to iron, change sheets and do the whole families washing.

I had the responsibility of driving the girls to and from school every day and in the school holidays I would have them fulltime. I would arrange exciting educational things for us to do.

I have successfully gained a full book of clients that I do additional work for on the weekends and evenings as well as maintaining a fulltime Nanning job as well. I also had the opportunity to work with a lovely couple on their wedding day looking after their lovely little boy of four months, relieving some of the pressure off the couple on their big day. Which was an amazing experience.
