Hi my name is Emily. I am 23 years old.
I am fun loving enthusiastic outdoors person. I operate in a child centred responsible way to allow me to build quick and lasting relationships with new people. I am able to provide babysitting that is more than just making sure the kids are safe but making sure they have a great time so you can have a great time with out worrying about them. I am able to provide a variety of outdoor activities alongside babysitting services for anyone who is interested.(a way of making older kids okay with the fact they have to have a babysitter maybe). I have experience working in residential children’s homes and also with children with additional needs.
My Experience
Working as an outdoors instructor I have much experience working with children of all ages ranging in length of time from 1.5 hours to a full week, dealing with homesickness and other issues as well as ensuring they enjoy their time with me. I have experience working with children with additional needs also. I have done babysitting for many family friends and recommendations. I had worked with in a girl guide rainbows unit and have much experience keeping children safe happy and entertained. I also worked in a children’s home with children who display challenging behaviour and have additional needs.
My Qualifications
First aid qualified with a 2 day REC first aid qualification. Safe guarding course. Many outdoor qualifications allowing me to instruct a range of outdoor activities such as climbing and mountain biking.
