About Me
I am a down-to-earth, cheerful, active, family-oriented person with children and grandchildren. I live close to a primary school in Biddulph (but am willing to travel within Biddulph and Congleton) and from the beginning of the school year 2018-19. I would like to put my extensive experience in school and breakfast-and after-school clubs to good use by collecting a child or two children, preferably in the age group 4-8, from primary school and looking after them in their own home.
My Experience
I have recently completed 28 Years unbroken service in a primary school as a lunch time supervisor (working both in the playground and indoors) and I have also, over that period, worked in breakfast clubs and after-school clubs for 10 years. I am currently a volunteer helper in primary school listening to pupils reading and I would be happy to help with reading homework in the childs home.
My Qualifications
I am currently DBS checked. In my capacity as a lunchtime supervisor I received certificated training in Child Protection and also in Paediatric First Aid. I can also provide references as required.
