I am a bubbly, organised, British 23-year-old living in Clapham between the commons. I am searching for a local live-out nanny role and have a real passion for working with children.
I love dogs, have a little cockerpoo of my own! I have my own car, love outdoorsy activities and enjoy cooking and baking.
I have lots of experience working with children, mostly between the ages of 18 months to 7 years old, but have worked with all ages before. I love planning activities with the little ones and getting out and about. I enjoy the fresh air and think it is important not to stay indoors all day!
I have lots of references from previous families if needed, and am happy to meet for a chat to see if we are the right fit!
My Experience
I have over 6 years of experience working with children from 3 weeks old up to 14 years! I have worked with over 10 families and have loved maintaining positive and friendly relationships with them for many years.
I currently work as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant at a primary school in Clapham, so have lots of experience working with additional needs, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, Autism and ADHD. I understand how busy school life can get so if you have school-aged children, I am more than happy to help with planning for the school day.
I have also worked in Children's Centres, nurseries and a Sunday school, before I went to the University of Bath to study Education with Psychology. I have recently graduated this year so am now looking for a new nannying role.
My Qualifications
I have a BA honors degree from the University of Bath in Education with Psychology. I have training in child development, SEN assistance and learning support.
I am certified in child emotional development, introductory play therapy, safeguarding, anaphylaxis and have an enhanced DBS.
I have had training from with educational psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and a dyslexia specialist so feel very comfortable in supporting child development both socially, emotionally and academically.
I have a full driver's licence and my own car. I am a confident driver and am used to driving children from nannying families.
My Availability
