My Experience
Currently nannying for 19 months girl started in April 2021.
On January 2020 - December 2021 for 2 years I work with 2 families as a shared nanny. caring for 8 months and 6 months babies when I started. I work 4 days a week. it was 2 years agreements then the girls are at nursery.
Temporary: Looked after 8 months girl in sole charge for 9 months doing the regular nanny duties. Work from December 2018 until September 2019... ( Then on February 2021 I work for them again to care for the second baby 1 day a week.)
Also look after William and Emma in sole charge Monday to Thursday. As a nanny share with a boy then 4 months and a girl 13 months. The share was from September 2013 until April 2015. About a year and 7 months. When the have to go to Nursery. From then on I look after the boy from Monday to Thursday until December 2017 when they went back to Australia For good.
I also took care of a 10 months boy and his sister 2.5 years from August 2012. in sole charge 4 days a week. After a year of working for them they went back to New Zealand in August 2013.
Also took care of 12 months boy January 2009. a year later little sister was born. Their mum went back to work when the second child was 5 months I then in sole charge with both kids. The girl had a severe allergies with nuts and dairies.. Their childcare requirements changed. They no longer require a fulltime nanny. That is the reason why I had to find another family. I work for them almost 4 years.
In October 2004 I took care of Tia she was 10 months in sole charge. her mum at that time was 6 months pregnant. In January 2005 Jared was born. Their mum went back to work when Jared was 4 months. I then took care of 2 babies in sole charge only 13 months age gap between them. I was with them until December 2008.
I have also work for a family of 6. with 4 girls
in shared charge with mum. I stayed with them for 9 years living in.
