I cannot recommend Mel enough, if you’re reading this and she’s still free you might have found one in a million.
I’ve known Mel for a few years and she’s done some adhoc nannying and helped with our baby (at the time) and two boys.
Firstly her experience is second to none with 4 children of her own who are all impeccably behaved. She’s nannied amongst that and has the kindest spirit but also wonderful nurturing instincts and knowledge.
She instantly bonded with our baby and got her to sleep, made her feel calm and had everything in order.
She’s offered excellent advice too for my older children and is just so likeable, reliable and professional.
Cannot recommend enough.

Mel looked after our one-year-old daughter last minute for one day as our regular nanny was off sick. She is very personable and positive, and our daughter warmed up to her almost straight away. She also made the time to pop in the day before to introduce herself to us and our daughter which was really appreciated and put us at ease. Mel clearly has a wealth of childcare experience and knows exactly how to keep little ones entertained! I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Mel again if I needed childcare help.
