About Me

I live in Petersfield and have two sons, James and Adam, both in their early twenties. I was born and grew up in Guildford but relocated to Petersfield when James was a baby. I immediately fell in love with the town and feel extremely fortunate to live here. I made life long friends through the children, who attended Petersfield schools and local colleges. I was lucky enough to have the option of not working when the boys were growing up and I loved every minute of being at home with them. We are very close and I am extremely proud of the men they have become. They are kind and just and have good hearts. I love the history of Petersfield and the beautiful surrounding countryside. I read an awful lot, both fiction and non fiction, love the arts, music, history and all things creative. I'm a real people person and enjoy the company of people from all walks of life, ages and genres. I've travelled all over Europe, America and Canada, my favourite places being Italy and Greece. I love cooking and have a very healthy diet, with every meal cooked from scratch. I also bake a lot and did with the boys when they were small. I love gardening, nature, animals, particularly dogs, horses, elephants and Dolphins. I also have a great fondness of the sea. I enjoy informative documentaries, good drama and films and spending quality time with family and friends. I try to be positive in life and to look after the people who are important to me. I've always supported the NSPCC, Save The Children and the RSPCA.
