I enjoy the challenge of managing multiple activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of children in my care. I’m 22 years old and currently a BSc Psychology with Marketing graduate and during my degree I studied alot about child development, relationships and Infancy. So I understand and value the importance of Childhood as its our basis for our adulthood.
I strive to provide a warm, fun and nurturing environment in all babysitting and Nanny assignments. My goal is for parents to experience worry-free time away from home knowing that their children are in competent hands. I’m a Native English speaker but also Native in Arabic and speak intermediate/basic French & Spanish.
I also have a Full driving license and my own car with a safe driving record, reliable transportation. I also hold a Paediatric First Aid certificate.
My Experience
I have experience working with children, during my degree I worked with a Primary school specifically Nursery & Year 6 carrying out a study based on my dissertation on Music and development which gave me one to one opportunites with the children but also taking charge in groups.
I have also baby sat a 6 month old baby girl where I had the duty of feeding her, caring for her, changing nappies, entertaining and putting her to sleep along with many other duties.
I also have had experience babysitting a 2 year old 4x a week (overnight stay at my home 3x a week) made all his meal prep and taught him to potty train. I also last year baby sit a 11 year old and 8 year old picking them up after school and taking them to activities and prepping their meals.
My Qualifications
I’m a graduate holding a upper second class honours in BSc Psychology with Marketing.
I’m also qualified in Paediatric first Aid
