About Me
Hi, my name is Luannsa ( you can call me Lu) - I am a hardworking, enthusiastic and very fun person who is highly confident and organised. I am a very approachable person who is easy to work with and talk to as I'm a huge people person. I have a history in theatrical arts and so I'm very energetic, imaginative and creative too!
I am able to do morning drop offs to schools or nurseries, afternoon pick ups and after school care. Making healthy meals for children with weekly shopping lists. I can also do daytime care for younger children, as i have experience with caring for children from 8 months to 5 years old and above. I am also able to do light house keeping work and run errands during the day.
I am also able to take on other responsibilities upon request. Just send me a message with what your looking for :) I am also happy to arrange/attend baby classes, nanny groups and play dates to keep the children's social life active. I am experienced in children's Development and have good knowledge of the EYFS and am able to plan activities based around the child's individual needs. I have a qualification in Childcare and Special Education Needs.
I believe having a nanny is to have a tailored care specialist for your unique child and i aim to provide a very personal service that benefits each individual child in my care.
I do require one weekday off a week as i also work in theatre. i would prefer this day off to be a Friday but i am open to negotiating.
My Experience
I have an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, and a CACHE Level 3 in SEND. I am trained in Paediatric First aid and have an up to date DBS check and food hygiene qualification. I have worked in a Day Nursery for 10 years now and therefore have experience in caring for children from 6 months - 5 years old.
I also teach dance classes to children from 9 years old to teenagers and run my own theatre company.
