About Me
Hey, my name is Georgie and I am 27 years old.
I grew up with four younger sisters, with relatively large age gaps between us. I always enjoyed helping care for them and interacting with their play. I then went on to study Child Care at College and have a CACHE Diploma in Child Care and Education (Level 3) qualification. I currently work in a Nursery providing care for children aged 9 months to 5 years old.
Whilst caring for your children, if the weather is nice I’d like to take them outside, play in the garden, go for a walk, to the park. However, if the weather isn't on our side than entertaining them inside it shall be, with a board game, arts and crafts, baking, whatever their interests may be. Or if it’s an evening, follow their routine and help them wind down before going to bed.
In my spare time I enjoy baking, reading, going for walks- exploring new places and spending time with my family and friends.
My Experience
My experience in working with children is babysitting and also working in a Nursery and in Reception Classes in a Primary School whilst studying at College. I have worked with children aged 4-11 years old at an After School Club and I'm now currently working in a nursery.
My Qualifications
I have a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education. I have also attended a workshop for Makaton Beginners and have completed Modules 1 to 4.
My Availability
My availability is weekday evenings (excluding Tuesday) from approximately 6:30pm and occasionally all day Monday. However, please don’t hesitate to drop me a message and see if I can help at any other time??
