About Me
I am a energetic, enthusiastic and caring individual who is looking for some work to fill my day when I’m not working as a gymnastics coach in York. I have a range of experience in many different childcare settings including nursery work, private nannying and gymnastics coaching.
I would be happy to provide some at home gymnastics activities and exercises for children that are interested as I feel that keeping children active is an important part of their development!
My Experience
I work part time as a gymnastics coach during which I work with children from 4 months to 12 years and with different special needs and abilities so I know how important it is to get it right for every child. I have done some baby sitting for friends and family. I also worked at safe strong and free which is an organisation that works with children to prevent abuse. I have worked as an aupair in Leeds looking after a 2 year old and before I moved to hull was working in a nursery in Edinburgh. I worked mostly in the baby room but also with pre school.
My Qualifications
Have a higher qualifications and Scottish national 5s. When I worked in the hospital I also did courses on violence and aggression and other courses about general safety on learn pro. I have also done online courses on CALA through my work with safe strong and free which cover child protection and other very important areas. I have also done plenty of training as a gymnastics coach.
