I am 23 years old living in Cornwall. I absolutely adore children and have always wanted to work them from a young age. I have a level 3 qualification in the Early Years Workforce, and various health and social qualifications.
My Experience
I have babysat for various families from the age of 14. I did a weeks work experience at Little Dolphins Pre School in my first year off college and continued to volunteer there afterwards for 2 years while I completed my level 3 childcare qualification. When I was in school doing my GCSE’s I also did a weeks work experience at Parc Eglos Primary School. I also have 3 years experience as a nursery practitioner and one to one for SEN children. I am currently managing a nursery and gaining additional experience, hence why I am currently unavailable. Again, I’m sorry for any inconvenience.
My Qualifications
I did health and social care as a GCSE and as an A level. I got a B at GCSE and a double merit at A level. I’m aware health and social care only touches on childcare and isn’t fully based around children, however, I am now fully qualified to work with children as I competed my level 3 Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) course. I am also DBS checked. Other certificates I have include: paediatric first aid, food hygiene, prevent, FGM, fire warden and others. I am also trained to look after children who have diabetes, and am a qualified safeguarding lead (level 3 safeguarding. I can easily get references, and have a CV on hand.
