My Requirements

My son Karim was born on the 6th May 2019. He is a very inquisitive, alert, playful and happy little bundle of joy.

Currently, Karim eats solids. He has 5 ounces of milk (150ml) twice a day (morning and evening before bed). He has a healthy appetite, he loves fruits, mainly oranges banana and cherries- he enjoys his veg too! Karim is vegetarian.

I am currently unaware of any possible food allergies, however Karim does have sensitive skin so only natural skin and hair products are used otherwise he has exzema - Karim also has mild hay fever, his eyes may water and nose will run a little when out.

I am looking for a childminder who can ideally provide pick up and drop off from our home address in NW10. We are based in NW10. He is young so one to one attention Is necessary, in a safe and stimulating environment, sensory and messy play, outings, park trips, farms,museums,play groups and interaction with other children, story time, educational music and learn and play. karim loves colours, affection and sounds, he is very alert and responsive, he laughs and coo's, he is developing and meeting all his milestones exceptionally well.

It would be ideal if the childminder has a particularly diverse play environment, inclusive to all backgrounds, in terms of play equipment, dolls, books etc as Karim is of mixed heritage and representation and being able for him to relate as a baby/child to his environment through play is crucial for his development.

I am a full time student, childcare dates I need are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7am-7pm in the week- if you could message me with the possibility of having Karim 3-4 days a week, weekdays only please. Childminder who can provide pick up and drop off services from our home address, based in NW10, is essential.

I'd appreciate and welcome any communications and regular updates/pictures from the childminder with regard to how Karim is settling, getting on, advancing and adapting to the new setting, any changes or new milestones that are observed, and overall how Karim's needs are met and how he is whilst i'm not there with him.

I'd like to visit the childminders home before finalising anything of course, and have a couple days for induction to settle Karim in.

I am always happy to answer any question and provide any information or support in regards to Karim, please always feel free and comfortable to contact me whenever!

In addition to all above, as standard, I ask that the childminder be Ofsted registered, have a full DBS check, experience with newborns/ young children, (whether personal/has children or professional) and first aid trained- and be registered with CCG pay so that I can approve payments through the account.
