About Me
Hi, I am Megan and I am 22 year olds. I have 6 years of childcare my first job was working in a primary school as a teaching assistant and now my current job of 4 years , working in a private nursery with the age group 3-4. Within my job , I teach children alongside the current EYFS curriculum. This is topics such as literacy( reading/writing ) mathematics , arts and design , understanding of the world. My job has taught me how to provide a trustworthy and nurturing environment for children and help shape their minds preparing them for school. With this job , I have great communication skills , I am very energetic and fun and also very patient ( especially when it comes to dealing with tantrums ) I hold a driving license , first aid certificate and a DBS . I am currently hoping to start a teaching course at uni part time next year . My working hours at my job are full time Monday-Thursday 7:30am to 6:00pm, however I am available all day Fridays and the weekends to help build my CV for my uni application.
My Experience
I have had experience with Early years children which is nursery and reception age and older school primary . I am currently working with the age 12months to 4 in job .
My Qualifications
I hold a level 2 which I gained in 2016 and a level 3 in childcare which I gained in 2020 . I currently want to hopefully study to gain a degree in teaching next year .
My Availability
I work full time at a private nursery Monday-Thursday., 7:30am to 6pm . I can work all day Fridays , weekends and Friday evenings
