About Me
I live in Beverley with my husband and my son. I have a black cockapoo and I love dogs and animals. I’m happy to walk and take care of any dogs that are within the family home alongside the children.
I’m a film buff who loves going to the cinema, having long walks and finding the magic in everyday situations. (It’s the actor in me)
I am currently working freelance with mostly arts organisations, I often work with primary school age and children and young adults with additional needs. I am open to work flexibly as and when needed and can help with short notice, evenings or one off days if you need a break or are attending a wedding for example.
I am willing to travel up to 30 minutes, this can be negotiated taking into consideration petrol and travel time.
My Experience
Prior to university I worked for an arts organisation in house and outreach. I have sensory play experience and I am comfortable taking care of more than one child. I have worked with children for the past 10 years in different settings. For four years I worked with Oxford international on their residential programmes as an activity leader and onsite co ordinator planning sessions and delivering them. I was present for the night time routine. I have also worked for numerous party venues leading big groups and keeping children entertained. I am very respectful of the parents wishes and will follow routines and structures to match the household.
I have my own son and I am familiar with bottles, routines etc.

NVQ level 2 in customer service
Currently studying an NVQ level 2 in children and young people’s mental health with the view of studying level 3 in care for young people

My Fees
- Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
Fees vary dependent on tasks, I would also be open to a set fee for an evening babysitting rather than an hourly rate, please get in touch and we can discuss what you need and what I am able to offer.
