My Experience

I have spent the past two years working as an English Language Assistant in Madrid Spain. During my first year there, I worked in a pre-school with children aged from 0-3 years old. I acted as an Assistant teacher and spent my days designing activities and games to do with the children, as well as helping the main teachers with general childcare which involved making sure that the children are always safe, helping them go to the bathroom, helping with lunchtime and nap-time and encouraging them to follow the daily routine we had in place at our school. During my second year, I worked as an English Language Assistant in a secondary school with kids aged 11- 18. My job included teaching daily English classes, keeping the students engaged and in order as well as aiding teachers with designing lessons and activities.

Apart from this, I have other babysitting and childcare experience. Babysitting was always something that I did growing up and more recently, in the summer of 2021, I spent 3 months looking after a 3.5 year old boy while his parents worked from home during the day. We did fun, creative activities at home, and would also go for walks in the local park and play in the playgrounds in his neighbourhood. In Madrid, I also babysat two siblings: one 5 year old boy and his 2 year old sister. We would practice their English by doing art-related activities and playing games.

I love spending time with children of all ages and have taken a number of child development and psychology courses at university that I think have helped me become an even better nanny.
I am someone who is very reliable, fun and kind. I also speak Russian fluently and have a good understanding of Spanish. I would love to help you out this summer!

My Qualifications

I have a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Russian. I also have a Master's degree in Bilingual Education.

My Availability

My schedule is currently very flexible.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

I have listed my rates as £13 per hour, but I am definitely open to discussion!
