Hello families, my name is Chloe and 25 years of age. I currently live in Hampshire. I love dogs and have always grown up with them, I have a very crazy dog called lily. I currently work at a school for students who have mental and physical disabilities. I am a very friendly, bubbly and hard working person. Who is always willing to help others. I love being creative and coming up with fun activities for children.
My Experience
I have worked with all ages through out my time who have had all different needs and abilities. Most of my experience has been with young people with disabilities. Daily task would include, Personal care, giving breakfast, Administering medication, supporting them in the class room with maths, English and all other subjects. Taking them out for appointment in the community and teaching them independents. I am now a team leader and have been for nearly two years now. I have six students that i currently closely support I have to make sure there care plans are up to date and the students are happy with them. I attend important meeting regarding the students. I have close contact with there families. I shift lead a whole shift of around 18 students and 30 staff.

Medication training(oral and gastro medication training)
Advanced feeding( those who have a risk of chocking)
