I am a Deputy Nursery Manager who works with children aged 2-5 years of age. I enjoy sharing ideas and impacting positively on children's experiences and wellbeing. I am currently supporting a team of 14 staff members to promote in the moment planning where by all 65 children learn through play, sharing ideas with peers with staff extending and promoting individual language,skills and knowledge
My Experience
I have worked in the education sector for 16 years and I have been Deputy Manager for the last 6. I have worked with child in setting from new born upto the age of 5 years. I am also a parent to 3 children, ranging from 18 ,12 and 6 so have personal parenting experience that benefits my active role both in setting and at home.
My Qualifications
I have level 3 and 4 for in Early years I also have level 3 and 4 in business Management and am about to move forward and complete the level 5 to gain the full degree.
