My name is Jennifer, I am a 32 year old highly qualified tutor with a wealth of experience of working with diverse young people.
My Experience
I have been working with children and young people for over 10 years, and over 8 years in an educational setting. I have worked in mainstream education, schools for teenagers with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues, and for the last three years owned a tutoring business specialising in bespoke lessons centred around the learner.
My Qualifications
I have a Law and American Legal Studies degree, a TEFL certificate and a PGCE, in addition to 8 years experience teaching and tutoring and a 100% GCSE pass rate for 2023. I additionally have trained in a variety of extra courses such as First Aid (including Paediatric First Aid and CPR), Teenage Mental Health and The Impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences.
