I am 44 years old, I live in Chertsey and have over 10 years experience in childcare. I have recently decided to return to childcare after a change of career but I am happy to be back and working in childcare again.
I am a kind caring honest person. I am very creative and enjoy sewing and crafting And have also qualifications in floristry. I have made many crafty and art projects with the children I have looked after over the years and enjoyed doing those activities with them.
I have a little dog and enjoy being outdoors and going on long walks. I have looked after family pets during my child care jobs and enjoyed That aspect of the job too.
My Experience
I have 10 years experience of nannying
Working as a part time nanny, sole charge nanny and a nanny/housekeeper.
I’ve worked with a variety of children aged 2 years up to teenagers
I’ve also worked in a private nursery as a nursery assistant looking after children in the 2-3 years room. I have also volunteered in the SEN unit for the last 6 months in a local primary school
doing reading with children in key stage 2.
I have a full clean Driving licence and an up to date DBS check.
I am currently working as a children’s and families worker at my local church running toddlers groups, Sunday school and holiday clubs.
I am also a nominated foster support carer for both my aunts that foster children and teenagers and babysit on a regular basis.
I am used to cleaning, ironing and cooking for families. Running errands and taking children to after school activities on time.
My Qualifications
I have no qualifications in childcare just lots of experience.
My Availability
I am looking for a full time nanny position 3-4 days a week

Clare is a wonderful person in every way and is your dream nanny . She looked after my three girls when they were all under five and was marvellous . She is extremely creative , organised, caring , punctual and communicative . I felt 100% secure leaving my girls with Clare . Nothing is too much much trouble for her . She was their nanny , friend , teacher mentor and auntie all rolled into one and a huge support to my husband and I . They are now 18, 17 and 15 and still love to meet up with Clare . Everybody needs a ‘ Clare’ in their lives . She is incredibly creative and there is nothing she can’t turn her hand to . We still have paintings , murals , painted plates and gifts in our house that were given to us by Clare .
