About Me
I am a music student at Anglia Ruskin University, currently looking for part-time nanny/ babysitting jobs. I love singing and play the piano, ukulele, bass and guitar. I love working with children and hope to become a primary school teacher after university. I get along very well with children of all ages as I can be fun and playful as well as being a care giver. I love spending time outdoors and baking. I can also speak basic Spanish.
My Experience
I have been a full-time nanny/ mothers help for a one year old and a newborn during the Summer of 2019. My responsibilities included taking the toddler on day trips, to the park, soft play and other activities. I would prepare meals and clean up, as well as doing the bed time routine and being on call for night-time disturbances. I am familiar with Montessori and baby led weaning, and am willing to research and adapt to your parenting methods if you wish.
My Qualifications
I do not currently have any qualifications regarding childcare, however I have all my GCSE's and A-levels, as well as grade 8 in 2 instruments, so am more than capable of helping children with homework tasks. I have a good knowledge of first aid, including CPR.
My Availability
I am a full time student, although due to COVID I am only in one day a week, with the rest of my lectures online. I am available to do before or afterschool, or 2-3 full days a week
