Hi all, I am a nanny based in Walthamstow. I do not smoke.

I have a childcare and education qualification, level 3 diploma in social work and community work, first aid and a recent DBS and a certificate of higher education.

I currently work as a in a nanny to two lovely children who I have been with for the past couple of years. One is 2 and the other is 6. My other experience is with children from 3 months to 11 years and I’ve gained this experience from working in both private and school nurseries, reception class in school and as a nanny for 12 years in total so far.

Additional experience includes:

Sleep training
Weaning
Potty/toilet training
Proxy parenting
Travelling with the family
Babysitting
Teaching in a primary school as a T.A.

I understand the importance of nutrition and love to cook. I’ve always gotten lovely compliments from parents on my meals!

I’m very creative, LOVE animals and working with children. I enjoy doing lots of fun things with children outside the home such as forest walks and nature trails, children’s theatre, soft play toddler groups, play groups, activities at home among other fun things. I had such a lovely childhood and I always try to give that to the children that I care for. I find children absolutely hilarious and fun and I have a huge respect for childhood. Being a child for me is about having fun, being silly, learning, grazed knees and getting muddy!

I’ve had a lovely relationship with previous families that I’ve been a nanny for and am still in touch with them. I’m looking for a warm and welcoming family nearby and can provide excellent checkable references.

I am preferably looking for a long term position as a nanny full time (4-5 days per week)
