About Me
I am currently finishing my paramedic science degree with Staffordshire University and unfortunately the NHS job freeze has made it difficult to get a job in my field locally. I live in Crewe by Queens Park with my son, who will be starting school in September, and my husband. I grew up with my family in Stoke, my mum has been an Ofsted registered childminder since I was born and I often assisted my mum with the children as I grew up. I am a part time piano teacher with my lessons taking place in the evenings, I have been teaching piano for 5 years.
My Experience
I have experience in babysitting two young children under the age of 10 and I also grew up helping my mum who is a childminder by organising activities, helping with food and helping by watching over the children with her. I also worked in a care home for elderly people with dementia and learning disabilities. I am also a part time piano teacher. I have completed 3 years of placement in an emergency ambulance setting with additional experience in nursing care, intensive support, and minor injuries.
My Qualifications
GCSE’s - Maths, science, advanced science, English, English literature, music, drama and history
BTEC - DDD* in music performance
Access to higher education - Health - MMM.
BSc Paramedic Science - Grade not finalised
ABRSM - Piano - Grade 7
My Availability
I am available everyday but I would prefer to work within school hours or close to school hours so that I can be there for my son.
