I have built up over Eight years worth of experience by working as a nursery practitioner in a large nursery in Cambridge. My time in my previous position has enabled me to learn from the many challenges I have had to deal with, allowing me to further my knowledge and understanding of children by tackling these challenges as they come. Within my Eight years I have completed my Level 3 qualification in childcare became a deputy room leader, undergone training to become SENCO lead and taking on a child who needs 1-1.
