About Me
Hi, my name is Teresa.
I am an Ofsted Registered childminder and live in Ruislip and I offer a fun, warm and caring environment. I have 5 children but only 3 still live at home and 4 grandchildren. I have over 30 years of experience of working with children of all ages (0-18 years) in many different settings. I have worked in day nursery, playgroup, special needs school and children’s care home. I have previously been a childminder when my children were younger. I have lots of experience with children whom have had disabilities and learning difficulties.
I have decided that I would now like to go back to childminding after having grandchildren. I have recently realized that I would now like to care for younger children and babies again.
I feel that it is important for children to be outdoors as I like to provide as many different learning opportunities to children that I can, so there will be lots of trips to parks, farms, soft play area's and more.
In my setting we also have music time, make lots of arts and crafts, messy activities, cooking and lots more.
My Experience
I have previously worked in many different child care settings. I have worked in childminding before, plus worked in Day nurseries, school's, playgroups, residential children's care home for children with special needs and more. I have worked with many different children with many different abilities and understand how important it is to treat each child as an individual and adapt to their needs.

My Availability
I work between the hours of 7am- 6pm.

Teresa has been looking after my son for the last 3 months. She has been absolutely fantastic. My son very quickly settled in with her and really enjoys his time with Teresa.
Teresa is constantly coming up with lots of activities to keep my son entertained baking, arts and crafts and lots of trips out and about to the library and park. There is a big outside area for the children to safely play that my son loves it.
Teresa has been very warm, caring, trustworthy and reliable. Her home is beautiful and my son loves the play area in her home.
